VOLYNĚ
Volyně is a south bohemian town with a population of 3,000 inhabitants. The town is situated 120 km south of Prague and 40 kms from the German border. Volyně lies 450 m above sea level and is an ideal base for visiting the Bohemian Forest and surrounding historical towns of Strakonice, Pisek, Blatná, Vimperk, Prachatice and interesting surrounding villages.
